Our home page will also have a statement notifying readers that our online privacy notice has changed and the effective dates of the changes. Also the effective date stated at the top of this policy will be revised in conjunction with any material updates performed.

Termination of a Line of Business

Overnite Capital may make a decision to sell a particular line of business. Usually, an integral part of that business is its customer database. Overnite Capital reserves the right, in circumstances such as these, to transfer ownership of such customer database to the purchaser.

Online Privacy of Minors

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit data from, and do not knowingly market to, persons under the age of 18.
